Last updated: 10 October 2026
Who we are
Hrsturio Advisory LLC, 1201 Peachtree St NE, Suite 1450, Atlanta, GA 30361, USA, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We are an independent people-management advisory. You can reach our privacy team at [email protected].
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role and the content of your messages. When you engage us, we may also collect information about your workforce in aggregate form for advisory purposes. Our website collects only limited technical information needed to serve pages correctly and to keep the site secure.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver advisory services, operate and improve our business, comply with legal obligations and protect our rights. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Legal bases
Where the law requires a basis for processing, we rely on your consent, on performance of a contract with you, on our legitimate interests in running an honest advisory practice, and on compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as email and hosting providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information when the law compels it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, after which we delete or anonymise it. Client engagement records are retained for the period required by professional and legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights described in our do-not-sell-or-share page. To exercise any right, email [email protected] or call +1 (404) 555-0173.
California notice
Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents may request to know what categories of personal information we collect, the purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it; may request deletion or correction; may limit the use of sensitive personal information; and may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep data safe and to hold as little as necessary.
Children
Our services are directed at organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
