What kind of firm is Hrsturio Advisory?
We are an independent people-management advisory focused on workforce productivity for large employers. We do not sell software and we take no vendor commissions.
Do you implement HR software?
No. We advise on people management, and we publish independent opinion about platforms. We do not resell or implement any product.
Are your platform ratings official scores?
No. They are subjective opinions clearly labelled as such. See our scoring method for the criteria and weights, and re-weight them for your own context.
Are you affiliated with the platforms you review?
No. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any vendor named on this site. Trademarks belong to their owners.
How long does an engagement take?
Diagnostics usually run in a few focused weeks. Redesign and enablement work is staged in waves, which keeps it practical for busy teams.
Do you promise specific productivity gains?
No. Anyone quoting a fixed figure before understanding your organisation is guessing. We commit to method, evidence and honest reporting.
Can you work with our internal HR team?
Yes. We complement, rather than replace, your HR and operations leadership, and we hand findings back in a form your leaders can act on.
How do we get started?
Request a scoping call or write to us. Tell us your desired outcome and constraints, and we will propose a sensible first step.
What happens after we submit an enquiry?
We read every request personally and reply within a couple of business days with either clarifying questions or a proposed scope. There is no sales sequence.
Do you work with employers outside the United States?
Yes. Our headquarters is in Atlanta, and we advise large employers across sectors and regions, subject to the practical constraints of any engagement.
How do you handle confidential information?
We treat everything you share confidentially, use it only to help you, and do not name clients or reuse examples without permission. See our privacy policy for the detail.
Can you promise a return on our investment in advisory?
No. We do not promise financial or productivity outcomes. We commit to method, evidence and an honest view of what is likely to help.
A note on how we answer
We keep our answers short because long answers usually hide uncertainty. Where a question genuinely depends on your context, we say so and outline the few factors that would change the answer. Where we are giving an opinion, as we do throughout the Platform Field Guide, we label it as opinion. And where we simply do not know, we say that too, then describe how we would find out.
